PURPOSE: A transaction relay system using a wireless local area network module and a method thereof are provided to easily perform approval or payment for a product or a service by using marketing information received in a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A first terminal(10) receives one or more marketing information from an external information processing device(50) or a third terminal(30) including an external wireless local area network module.
