PURPOSE: A carrier board transferring apparatus and a posture changing apparatus for a test handler are provided to improve the degree of design freedom by integrating the carrier board transferring apparatus with the posture changing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A first gripping unit(610) grips a carrier board and transfers the carrier board as much as a first operational distance. A first grip driving unit drives the first gripping unit. A second gripping unit(630) grips the carrier board which is transferred as much as the first operational distance. A second grip driving unit drives the second gripping unit. A coupler is composed by combining the first gripping unit and the second gripping unit. |
