The present invention relates to a touch pen for a touch screen of an electrostatic touch type, for inputting texts, drawings, and lines to a touch screen of an electrostatic touch type with reduced errors while simultaneously expressing thinner lines without errors by storing and using minute electric signals having various kinds of pulse wave forms such as brain waves flowing in a human body. The touch pen of the present invention stacks films by using a polyester film or a common wrap as a dielectric between two electrode films through using the principle of a miler capacitor, stores electricity or charges by winding the stacked films in the shape of a cylinder, and has a touch pen point for drawing texts, drawings, and lines, which is connected to an electrode of one side for easily generating thin lines and texts.
