The present invention relates to a DNA marker for making a high-density genetic linkage map of Capsicum sp. and an amplification primer set for the DNA marker. The high-density genetic linkage map reduces the cultivation period of Capsicum sp. by being utilized to MAS(Marker assisted selection) and MAB(Marker-assisted backcrossing).
