Centrifugal force exerted on the runners induces a thrust load on a braking trolley (25) according to reverse direction/opposite direction of axial direction, where the load is less/greater than another thrust load exerted by an elastic return unit (36) so as to ensure braking of the shaft/to ensure translational axial displacement of the trolley when the runners are arranged below/above predetermined rotation speed of the shaft.</p> |
