There is disclosed a device for facilitating breathing through the nose or for delivering an agent within the nose of wearer of the device, the device comprising a substantially U-shaped body forming a bridge for spanning the nostrils of a wearer when the device is in use; and a first body and a second body interconnected with opposite upright portions of the U-shaped body, each comprising a rib which extends outwardly from a portion of the U-shaped body distal to the bridge and ends in a section provided with padding which forms a relatively large surface area portion, wherein the first and second bodies are adjustable such that each relatively large surface area portion can contact a nostril wall.
