PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery unit for supplying power to a plurality of electric/electronic apparatuses.SOLUTION: A battery unit 100 supplies power to electric/electronic apparatuses 50 to 60 which have mutually different power specifications. The battery unit comprises: a plurality of primary receptacles 13 to 33 capable of connecting with AC/DC adapters 10 to 30 which comply with the power specifications of the electric/electronic apparatuses; a secondary receptacle 41 capable of connecting with any one of the plurality of electric/electronic apparatuses selected; and a charger for charging a secondary battery with the power of the AC/DC adapters. The battery unit supplies power to the electric/electronic apparatus from the AC/DC adapter when the AC/DC adapter is connected with any one of the primary receptacles. The battery unit supplies power to the electric/electronic apparatus from the secondary battery when the AC/DC adapter is connected with none of the primary receptacles. The battery unit obtains the power specifications of the AC/DC adapters and the electric/electronic apparatuses so as to control the operations of the battery unit.
