PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective film having an adhesive layer using a polyurethane resin with excellent stain resistance while reducing paste dregs, and also with excellent reworkability, wettability and transparency, and to provide an optical member and an electronic member with the surface protective film adhered.SOLUTION: A surface protective film comprises: a base layer; and an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer includes a polyurethane resin. The polyurethane resin is obtained through curing a composition including: a polyol (A) having at least two OH groups; and a polyfunctional aromatic isocyanate compound (B). In the composition, (1) the polyol (A) includes at least 50 wt.% of a polyol having two OH groups, with number average molecular weight Mn of 3000-6000, or (2) the polyfunctional isocyanate compound (B) is a polyfunctional aromatic isocyanate compound. |
