PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and therapeutic method using the same capable of making a skin cell showing inhibited cell differentiation against many diseases having a uniform feature relating to inhibition of differentiation relating to induction of cell differentiation such as removal of psoriatic focus from skin of a patient having tumor derived from basal cell cancer, the other skin tumor cell, hair follicle/epidermal cell strain (for example, trichoepithelioma), melanocyte (for example, melanocytic nevus) and psoriasis in epidermal focus overcoming the inhibition.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition comprising cyclopamine is administered against an obstacle in cell differentiation of a skin cell or a tumor cell derived from it and a disease relating to an obstacle in apoptosis. In addition, a composition comprising cyclopamine and corticosteroid is administered to a patient having psoriasis. |
