The present invention relates to a solar cell module and more specifically, to a solar cell module having a curved surface. The purpose of the present invention is to solve a problem of existing solar cell modules in a flat shape that makes poor appearance after installation. The solar cell module comprises a first electrode layer formed on a substrate; a light absorption layer which is formed on the top of the first electrode layer and absorbs sunlight from the outside; a second electrode layer formed on the top of the light absorption layer; and a buffer layer which is formed between the light absorption layer and the second electrode layer and strengthens the junction between the light absorption layer and the second electrode layer. The present invention solves the mentioned problem by providing the solar cell module having a curved surface in which at least a part of the substrate is formed into a curved surface. |
