PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of suppressing variation of cooling efficiency when it cools a heating source.SOLUTION: A cooler 32 has: a housing 70 defining an internal space 74; a flow inlet 71 from which a refrigerant flows in the internal space 74; a flow outlet 72 through which the refrigerant flows out of the internal space 74; and plural fins 73 provided in the internal space 74. The fins 73 block the internal space 74 into plural parallel flow passages 80, and the refrigerant flows in the internal space 74 from the flow inlet 71 toward the flow outlet 72 via any of the plural parallel flow passages 80. The plural parallel flow passages 80 include a nearest flow passage 84 in which an inlet 81 of the parallel flow passage 80 is nearest the flow inlet 71, and a farthest flow passage 88 in which the inlet 81 of the parallel flow passage 80 is farthest from the flow inlet 71. Pressure loss of a path 76 from the flow inlet 71 to the inlet 81 of the farthest flow passage 88 is smaller than pressure loss of the nearest flow passage 84.
