PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacture method of a lithographic printing plate that is safe and exerts excellent developability and capacity of treatment, and moreover to provide the manufacture method of a lithographic printing plate in which plate durability is not blemished in an obtained plate, lowering of plate durability does not arise even if a printing plate is conserved to printing after image development, moreover generation of finger print trace contamination can be suppressed, and one liquid treatment can be performed.SOLUTION: A manufacture method of a lithographic printing plate is characterized in that a negative type lithographic printing plate original plate having an image recording layer including the following (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) on a hydrophilic support is performed by image exposure, then is treated by an aqueous solution that includes a low molecular hydroxy carboxylic acid ion, a pH buffer, and a surfactant and has a pH of 8.5-10.8. (i) A sensitization coloring agent, (ii) a polymerization initiator, (iii) an addition polymerizable compound having an ethylenic unsaturated double bond, and (iv) a binder polymer. |
