Food product of oil-protein compounds present as three different, filled compounds which are separated from each other, comprise: a first oil-protein compound in which the oil has a linoleic acid content of at least 60%, preferably safflower oil or sunflower oil; a second oil-protein compound in which the oil comprises an alpha -linolenic acid content of at least 50%, preferably linseed oil or perilla oil; and a third oil-protein compound in the oil has highest possible levels of eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid, preferably salmon oil, algae oil or krill oil. Food product of oil-protein compounds present as three different, filled compounds which are separated from each other, comprise: a first oil-protein compound in which the oil has a linoleic acid content of at least 60%, preferably safflower oil or sunflower oil; a second oil-protein compound in which the oil comprises an alpha -linolenic acid content of at least 50%, preferably linseed oil or perilla oil; and a third oil-protein compound in the oil has highest possible levels of eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid, preferably salmon oil, algae oil or krill oil. The protein present as an aqueous solution e.g. probiotic natural yoghurt, or purified amino acids are dissolved in water, or other milk protein-free proteins comprising tofu) are not dehydrated as powder. The individual components are mixed, and the compounds separated from each other are filled into capsules. |
