PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillator that prevents the occurrence of floating capacitance and has stable characteristics.SOLUTION: In a piezoelectric oscillator, an oscillation circuit is configured by a piezoelectric vibrator 2, a semiconductor integrated circuit element 3, and other electronic components being mounted on a circuit board 1 composed of a multilayer. A mounting pattern on a top surface 100 of the uppermost layer of the circuit board includes four pads 5a to 5d for the vibrator that are conductively bonded to the piezoelectric vibrator, and a pair of input/output terminals for the vibrator. The adjacent pair of pads 5a and 5b for the vibrator are electrically connected to an excitation electrode formed on a piezoelectric vibration piece, and are disposed at positions adjacent to the pair of input/output terminals for the vibrator. At least the pair of pads 5a and 5b for the vibrator of the four pads for the vibrator are overlapped with reference-potential conductive patterns GP1 and GP2 located under a lower surface of the circuit board in a plan view. |
