摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material which is suitable for electrodes of a power storage device, especially, a lithium or lithium ion secondary battery, an electrode active substance made of the composite material, an electrode formed using the active substance, and a power storage device having the electrode.SOLUTION: There is provided a composite material obtained by heat-treating a cured body at 300-1,500°C in an inert gas or under a vacuum, the cured body being obtained by subjecting a mixture, comprising (A) a cross-linkable group-containing organic compound, (B) a silicon-containing compound capable of cross-linking the cross-linkable group-containing organic compound, and (C) a fibrous or flaky carbon allotrope having a graphene structure, to cross-linking reaction.
