An objective of the present invention is, in an x-ray image capture device having a bed, to support frontal and lateral photography of a subject. An x-ray image capture device comprises: a bed (12) further comprising a tabletop (11) whereupon a subject is placed; an x-ray tube device (13) which emits x-rays; an x-ray detector (15) which detects the x-rays; and a support column part (17) which supports the x-ray tube device (13). The support column (17) further comprises first through third support column parts, and first and second coupling parts. The first coupling part (24) couples the second support column part (22) with the first support column part (21), and has a first axis of rotation (R1) which is parallel to the minor axis of the tabletop (11). The second coupling part (25) couples the third support column part (23) to the second support column part (22), and has a second axis of rotation (R2) which is orthogonal to the first axis of rotation (R1) and the central axis of the second support column part (22). The third support column part (23) supports the x-ray tube device (13).
