PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pretensioner device capable of preventing a cover covering a wire connected with a belt from being easily moved, and to provide a seat belt device including the pretensioner device.SOLUTION: A lap pretensioner device includes: a wire 33 connected with a belt 11; a cylindrical cover (a boot 40) which covers the wire 33; and a body part 35 which draws the wire 33 so that the belt 11 is pulled. A limiting member (a reinforcement plate 50), which limits the displacement of the boot 40, extends in the boot 40 in a longitudinal direction of the boot 40. The above object is achieved by the lap pretensioner device and a seat belt device including the lap pretensioner device. |
