PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet manufacturing apparatus capable of producing a mask suppressed in occurrence of pores with a high production efficiency from a composition containing particles and a resin component.SOLUTION: A sheet manufacturing apparatus 1 includes a cylinder 70, a kneader 2 including a kneading shaft 13 inserted into the cylinder 70, and a gear structure 4 including a pair of gears 32 and arranged on the discharge direction downstream side of the kneader 2. The cylinder 70 is formed with an introduction port 14 on one end side, and a discharge port 15 on the other end side. The kneading shaft 13 includes a paddle part 11a for kneading a composition between the introduction port 14 and the discharge part 15 in the axial direction of the kneading shaft 13, and a pipe part 12a having a smooth surface extending along the axial direction of the kneading shaft 13 without causing irregularity. The gear structure 4 is formed so as to transport a kneaded product Y discharged from the discharge part 15 while deforming to the rotation axis direction A1 of the gear 32. |
