The present invention relates to an oil tank for a hydraulic system. The present invention includes: an oil return line coupled to the hydraulic system; an oil tank body connected to the oil return line for collecting oil discharged from the hydraulic system; and a discharge floating body having a discharge path to which one end of the oil return line is coupled, which is disposed within the oil tank body and is moved in the direction in which the oil level changes so that one end of the oil return line is positioned above the oil level.
