The purpose of the present invention is to provide a puller assembly for a single crystal growth device. The configuration of the present invention is characterized in that a single crystal growth device has a crucible for filling a material for a single crystal growth therein, a heater for melting the material by heating the crucible, and a puller input into the crucible for growing the melted material in the state that a part of the puller is immersed in the melted material by the heater; and comprises an outer sleeve (20) having a pipe shape with a hollow part for inlet of cooling water, and inserted into the crucible; a core sleeve (30) installed within the hollow part in the outer sleeve (20), and having a cooling water path (32) between the outer periphery thereof and the inner periphery of the outer sleeve (20), and a hollow part for flowing the cooling water in the inner periphery; a cooling water inlet port (24) connected to either of the hollow parts in the outer sleeve (20) or the core sleeve (30); and a cooling water discharge port (26) connected to the other hollow part within the outer sleeve (20) or the core sleeve (30). |
