PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device including a magnetic path formation member capable of being manufactured with high intensity and at low cost.SOLUTION: A magnetic formation member 12 forms fuses a radial direction center part 122 of a base material 100, made of a magnetic material, from an axial one surface of the base material 100 to the other surface thereof with heating to thereby form a key hole 102; and makes the fused part into a nonmagnetic state by arranging an alloy element 110 in a molten pool 103 around the key hole 102. |
