PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hexahedral mesh generator capable of saving labor of work of dividing an analysis model creation target into shapes allowing for generation of a hexahedral mesh and thereby achieving efficient production of analysis models.SOLUTION: A hexahedral mesh generator for generating an analysis model creation target comprises: a database 140 that stores shapes of existing analysis models before and after shape division for mesh generation; extracting means 150 that compares the existing analysis models before and after the shape division and extracts shape division parts; comparison means 160 that compares each shape division part with the analysis model creation target and checks whether the shape division part coincides with the analysis model creation target; display/selection means 161 that displays coinciding shape division parts and outputs shape division parts selected by a user; shape division means 170 that divides the shape of the analysis model creation target in the same way as the output shape division parts; and hexahedral mesh generating means 180 that generates a hexahedral mesh for the analysis model creation target having the shape divided. |
