PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which a page number of an enclosed paper document is calculated, and sorted by the envelope in which the paper document is enclosed, to thereby enhance enclosing efficiency.SOLUTION: A print control device for generating print data includes: receiving means for receiving, from an external device, document data used for generating print data; print number determination means for determining, in accordance with a transmission destination code, which is an enclosure unit included in the document data, the print number for each of the transmission destination codes; envelope determination means for determining, in accordance with the print number determined by the print number determination means, envelop identification information of an envelope to which a print document corresponding to the transmission destination code is enclosed; sort means for sorting the document data in accordance with the envelope identification information so as to output a print document for each of the envelopes determined by the envelope determination means; and print data generation means for generating print data in accordance with the document data sorted by the sort means so as to cause a printing device to perform printing. |
