PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient input technique.

SOLUTION: An input control unit 80 includes: a keyboard retention unit 60 for retaining plural keyboard screens corresponding to plural types of characters or a set of symbols; a keyboard display unit 82 for reading out any of the plural keyboard screens to display it on a screen; an input reception unit 81 for receiving selection of a character or a symbol selected by a user among the plural characters or symbols; and a switch control unit 87 for reading out the plural keyboard screens from the keyboard retention unit 60 in response to instruction input by the user to display them as selection candidates and switching a candidate being selected among the plural keyboard screens. When the switch control unit 87 receives, from the user, instruction input for confirming the candidate being selected, the keyboard display unit 82 displays a keyboard screen selected as the candidate on the screen and receives selection of a character or a symbol from the user.
