PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which inhibits ruffles of a liquid surface and enables a portion for preventing the occurrence of bubbles to be easily formed.SOLUTION: A hydraulic pressure shock absorber includes: an inner cylinder 112; an outer cylinder 111 which is disposed at the outer side of the inner cylinder 112 so as to cover an outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 112; and a reservoir chamber R which is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 112 and an inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder 111, the reservoir chamber R in which a liquid and a gas are mixed. The hydraulic pressure shock absorber includes a protruding part 120 provided at the reservoir chamber R or the outer cylinder 111 includes a protruding part which protrudes from the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder 111 to the inner cylinder 112. The protruding part 120 is formed over an entire periphery or the substantially entire periphery of the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 112 or the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder 111 and has a wave shape when viewed in a direction intersecting the outer peripheral surface or the inner peripheral surface. |
