PURPOSE: A display device is provided to improve output characteristics by enhancing turn on/off characteristics of a depletion mode TFT. CONSTITUTION: A pull up transistor (TPU1) outputs an X clock signal to the output terminal of an n stage in response to a potential of node Q. A pull down transistor (TPD1) outputs a first low potential voltage to the output terminal of the n stage in response to a potential of node QB. A node Q charging and discharging unit (T4) charges or discharges the node Q to a voltage of the output terminal of an n-1 stage in response to an X-1 clock signal. A node QB charging and discharging unit (CLK[X+2]) charges or discharges the node QB in response to an X+2 clock signal. |
