The present invention relates to an infusion solution product preventing an infusion solution bag from escaping out of a covering pouch which stably injects infusion solution by preventing the infusion solution bag from escaping out of the covering pouch even when the infusion solution bag is shrunk gradually as amount of infusion solution is reduced while infusion solution is injected. The infusion solution product preventing infusion solution bag from escaping out of the covering pouch according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an infusion solution bag in which one or more ports is formed in a side where the ports are placed (ha-yeoun unit) and one or more of supporting grooves are formed on one or more sides on a side opposite to the ha-yeon unit (sang-yeon unit); and a covering pouch in which a holding hole or cutting lines are formed on the sang-yeon unit and grooves for opening are formed in at least one end of corresponding part of the ha-yoen unit. In the covering pouch, a thermosetting unit is formed in a part corresponding to the supporting grooves formed on the sang-yeon unit.
