摘要 Provided is a power module comprising two elements in which a first electrode (M1) that is connected to the upper-side potential section of a first element pair (10), a second electrode (M2) that is connected to a connecting section for the lower-side potential section of the first element pair (10) and the upper-side potential section of a second element pair (12), and a third electrode (M3) that is connected to the lower-side potential section of the second element pair (12) are provided to one main surface side of a module housing. The first electrode (M1) and the third electrode (M3) are provided at one end side in the lengthwise direction of the module housing and aligned in a direction that is perpendicular to said lengthwise direction, and the second electrode (M2) is provided at the other end side in the lengthwise direction of the module housing. Three three-terminal power modules that each comprise two elements configured in this manner so as to have the same configuration are used to configure a single-phase three-level power conversion device.
