The present invention relates to an emergency escape device in the event of a disaster and more specifically, to an emergency escape device which is provided to help evacuatees take refuge and to improve maintenance convenience for evacuation facilities by comprising: cart rail units which are arranged along a road to move carts, which are moved by charged power sources, along one side or both sides of the road; a call button which is spaced with a predetermined interval from the cart rail units toward the road and which calls the moving carts; and a mooring and electricity charging station which is arranged on one among the cart rail units and which moors and charges up the carts before using the call button to call the carts.
