PURPOSE: An anti sloshing device, a ship having the same, and a method using the same are provided to reduce sloshing by monitoring the flowing state of liquid cargo stored in a liquid cargo storage tank in real-time and controlling the flow change of the liquid cargo depending on the state of the ship. CONSTITUTION: An anti sloshing device (100) comprises a control plate (110), a support part (120), a drive part (130), and a control part (140). The control plate is installed inside a liquid cargo storage tank (11) and faces the surface of liquid cargo. The support part supports the control plate to the liquid cargo storage tank. The drive part expands and contracts the support part in a longitudinal direction depending on the flow of the liquid cargo. The control part controls the drive part.
