摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a stepping motor of high quality in which torque loss and detent torque caused by dislocation in axial position of the motor are reduced, for less vibration and noise. SOLUTION: The stepping motor includes yokes 7 and 8 where a plurality of pole teeth 7a and 8a formed in comb shape are alternately arranged in circumferential direction, an excitation coil for exciting the yokes, a rotor magnet magnetized alternately to be poles of different outer peripheral surface, a bearing 14 for rotatably supporting a shaft of the rotor magnet, and a fitting member 13 which holds the bearing while joined to an end face of the yoke. Cuts 7b and 8b having been cut in radial direction are formed between a plurality of pole teeth of the yoke. The bearing is joined to the fitting member by a plurality of places 14a forming protrusion in radial direction of the bearing. The bearing is so arranged with a yoke that the protruding portion of the bearing formed when joined to the fitting member is arranged in the cut between the plurality of pole teeth of the yoke.
