PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker, a food temperature adjuster, a food initial temperature estimating device and a food initial temperature estimating method, that can estimate an initial temperature and a weight of food. SOLUTION: This heating cooker includes a food initial temperature estimating means 110 for estimating an initial temperature as a temperature at start of heating, of food 3 on the basis of temperature change in a heating chamber 2 during the lapse of a set time t1 from the start of heating, and a food amount estimating means 120 for estimating a weight of the food 3 on the basis of the temperature change in the heating chamber 2 by the lapse of a set time t2 after the set time t1, and a heating means is controlled according to the estimated initial temperature and weight of the food 3.
