A light source apparatus for photo-diagnosis and phototherapy comprises a light guide 30 delivering light emitted from a first, non-coherent light source 10 such as a mercury lamp and a second, coherent light source 20 such as a laser via an interference filter 40 on an optical path of the first source to allow light to pass through the filter at the same time as light emitted from the second source is reflected by the filter to be incident to the light guide. A compensation filter 50 may be rotatably mounted with the interference filter 40 on a motorized filter wheel. There may also be disposed between the first light source and the light guide a variable diaphragm 60 linked to an RGB sensor 90 and a diaphragm controller 100 for correcting the change of the output spectrum, and an attenuator 70 to control the optimal quality of white light. |
