The present invention relates to a nickel, nickel alloy plating solution, and a plating method using the same. The present invention provides a plating solution which includes amine-based additives for forming a nickel plating layer and a nickel alloy plating layer. Furthermore, the present invention provides a plating method for the nickel plating layer and the nickel alloy plating layer which are plated by utilizing the plating solution. The internal stress of the plating layer is remarkably reduced by the amine-based additives. Additionally, the surface strength of the plating layer is increased. |
