The present invention relates to a kitchen gas appliance having a temperature measurement sensor, wherein the fastening part of a lead wire supporting member is fixed to the lower side of a gas burner with a bolt so that the lead wire supporting member is placed between the gas burner and the bottom side of a housing, and the lead wire of the temperature measurement sensor installed at the central portion of the gas burner penetrates a lead wire supporting part formed to be extended from the fastening part so that the lead wire is located at a predetermined height from the bottom side of the housing and freely and horizontally moved as being supported by the lead wire supporting part according to the elevation of the temperature measurement sensor pressurized by cookware. The kitchen gas appliance having the temperature measurement sensor according to the present invention places the lead wire at the predetermined height from the bottom side of the housing, thereby preventing the lead wire from being fixed on the bottom of the housing by liquid from food and stuck on the heated bottom side of the housing; easily moves the temperature measurement sensor up and down by freely and horizontally moving the lead wire through the lead wire supporting part; prevents damage to the sheath of the lead wire by preventing the lead wire from being rubbed on the bottom side of the housing; and prevents the lead wire from being rubbed or stuck on the bottom side of the housing, thereby preventing the disconnection of the lead wire. |
