PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an electrode assembly is provided to improve adhesion of a unit cell and a separator sheet through a surface activation of a separator sheet by activating a surface of a separator. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrode assembly which consists of a structure two or more unit cells are attached to a separator sheet(36) comprises a surface treatment step activating a surface of a separator sheet through a corona discharge before arranging a unit cell on the separator sheet for increasing adhesion between the separator sheet and the unit cell. The surface treatment step additionally comprises an air injection step injecting air into a corona discharge electrode plate in order to decrease a temperature of the corona discharge electrode plate.
