Provided are a mobile smart X-ray medical imaging system and a method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the mobile smart X-ray medical imaging system includes an X-ray photographing part for an X-ray image, a driving part for the movement of the X-ray photographing part, a communication part connected to the external device, and a control part for controlling the X-ray photographing part and the driving part according to a control command received from an external device through the communication part. Thereby, X-ray photography which is only performed in a designated X-ray photographing room in a hospital can be carried out in not only a place with an emergency situation but also all the places.
