摘要 A fiber reinforced layer is formed in an outer circumference surface of a rubber layer for forming an inner layer of the hose, and a rubber layer for forming an outer layer is formed in an outer circumference surface of the fiber reinforced layer. A composite rubber of the rubber layer for forming the inner layer and the outer layer comprises: 100 wt% of EPDM, 80-100 wt% of carbon black, 20-60 wt% of coated calcium carbonate, 3-7 wt% of an antioxidant, 1-4 wt% of a vulcanizing and curing agent, and 8-12 wt% of a vulcanization accelerator. The fiber reinforced layer is formed by plaiting 800-1200 denier of an aramid fiber and 200-1000 denier of a polyester fiber. Since the hose of the present invention has excellent binding force between a rubber layer and a fiber reinforced layer, the hose is capable of exhibiting heat-resisting properties, strength, elongation, morphostasis, and fatigue resistance properties which the fiber reinforced layer contains. The hose, which is shock-resistant, and has a tolerance to antifreeze at high temperatures, can be used for a long term in a severe environment inside an engine room by stably maintaining a shape even though the hose is influenced by vibration of an engine room at high temperatures. Since the same composite rubbers are used in an inside layer and an outside layer, a work is streamlined; the compounded rubber flows well; household time is increased; formability of a hose is excellent; and productivity is improved.
