The present invention relates to a variable focus liquid lens using electrowetting enables a contact angle between a dielectric film and a dielectric to be varied and increases the safety of lends driving with self-aligning before and after driving voltage by including fluid positioning at the dielectric film having a positive inclined plane and at the center of the dielectric film, and controlling the shape of the fluid to cover a part of the positive inclined plane when voltage is applied to the fluid. The variable focus liquid lens increases the transmittance of light by using multiple covers and enables a batch process through a reflow process.
