An oven grill is disclosed. The oven grill of the present invention comprises: a grill body having an arched ceiling made of refractory bricks, having a front open, and having space, in which ingredients to be roasted are grilled, in the inside; a fan unit disposed in a communicating path, which is disposed in the central area of the bottom in the grill body but disposed in a position lower than the surface of the bottom; a plurality of fuel intakes arranged at the both sides of the communicating path; a roasting shelf unit configured to form a place where the ingredients to be roasted are seated, and detachably coupled to the bottom of the grill body; and an injection duct for air circulation arranged in the grill body in a position higher than the roasting shelf unit, connected to the fan unit, and circulating the internal air of the grill body so as to circulate heat towards the ingredients to be roasted, which are put on the roasting shelf unit. |
