The present invention relates to a ladle refining (LF) method for improving desulfurization efficiency, the LF method comprising: a step of reducing oxygen content in molten steel by injecting a deacidifcation supplementary material into the molten steel while containing the molten steel, which is transferred from an electric furnace, in a ladle; a step of reducing sulfur content in the molten metal by injecting a Ca-Si desulfurization supplementary material into the molten metal to control ingredients in the molten steel and remove sulfur from the molten steel at the same time; and a step of stirring the molten steel.
