The present invention relates to a controlling method for the filter replacement of a flow layer dryer and more specifically, to a controlling method for the filter replacement of a flow layer dryer which facilitates the replacement or cleaning of a filter and prevents a safety accident when replacing the filter by including the following steps of: determining whether a motor operates or not; rotating a rotary plate in a normal direction or a reverse direction by the operation of the motor; calculating a distance of a wound or unwound wire by sensing the rotation of the rotary plate by a sensor; and displaying filter information which is obtained by using the calculated value on a screen.
