PURPOSE: An Oryza sativa-derived OsSERK1 gene is provided to play a role in growth of Oryza sativa, development of leaves, and susceptibility to pathogen, to identify mechanism of growth and development of Oryza sativa, and to develop Oryza sativa with improved productivity and disease resistance. CONSTITUTION: An OsSERK1 gene sequence has a base sequence of sequence number 1. An OsSERK gene mutant has 90% or more sequence homology with the base sequence of sequence number 1. A recombinant plant expression plasmid contains OsSERK1 gene. An Oryza sativa plant is transformed with the recombinant plant expression plasmid. |
