The present invention improves image quality of a full-color organic EL display panel. The present invention allows a high-definition pattern display of a large color organic EL display panel by: providing a partition in a laminated structure formed of different materials; making a lower layer of the partition in a bent shape; forming a shape wherein an upper surface of the upper layer of the partition is flat and an angle between the plane surface which connects the lower side and upper side and the upper surface of the upper layer of the partition is less than 90 degrees; and suppressing the height of the partition to 0.5-1.3 micrometers.
