PURPOSE: A push notification service system using a HTML5 browser in a cloud environment is provided to supply various services through a browser by interlinking other services or internal terminal resources through a push notification message in the browser. CONSTITUTION: A terminal browser(1) is embedded in a terminal platform to transceive a push notification message and confirms transmission records and reception in a message storage box for transceiving the push notification message. A cloud server system(3) choose a method for transmitting a message to the opposite terminal browser(4) to the terminal browser according to the type of the push notification message transmitted by the terminal browser. The cloud server system guarantees the stability and the safety of the push notification message transmitted to the opposite terminal browser.
