摘要 PURPOSE: A smart interface tube for monitoring tensional variation in a cable using a mechanism dynamic strain and a method for utilizing the same are provided to resolve a problem of analyzing an extracted signal caused by noise in a structural health monitoring field. CONSTITUTION: A smart interface tube for monitoring tensional variation in a cable using a mechanism dynamic strain includes an aluminum tube (AT) and the smart interface tube (ST). The AT is formed by winding an aluminum plate (AP) with a certain size on the surface of a target cable (Ca), and is fixed to the surface of the target cable. The ST is formed by attaching a piezoelectric material (PZT) (P) to the center of the AT.
