The present invention relates to a wiperless mask cleaning device including a cleaning solution applying unit including a brush applying a cleaning solution to one side of a mask in order to weaken viscosity of solder paste hardened on the mask which is a cleaning target; a vacuum absorption unit absorbing the solder paste coated with the cleaning solution in vacuum and arranged to be adjacent to the cleaning solution applying unit; and a cleaning solution spraying unit spraying the cleaning solution to one area of the vacuum absorption unit in order to clean the solder paste attached to the vacuum absorption unit. |
