The invention comprises a three-phase vacuum valve (2), three insulating frames (3) that accommodate and hold each phase of the vacuum valve (2) individually, and a dolly frame (7) that has a mechanism case (7c) on the front surface thereof. The three insulating frames (3) that house the vacuum valve (2) are placed in a horizontal row behind the mechanism case (7c), with the bottom sides thereof affixed to the dolly frame (7). A lock (15) is provided on the opposing portion between the insulating frames (3) and mechanism case (7c), such that the lock (15) restrains the displacement of the insulating frames (3) in the phase-to-phase direction. |
