摘要 The present invention relates to a method and a device of encoding/decoding using a sparse inverse code. The encoding method includes: a step of generating a first matrix of n x n size which comprises a k^th column which aligns input data comprising n bits transmitted from the outside into n rows and the remaining columns configured to have only one '1' in each row and each column except for the row in which the first '1' exists in the k^th column; a step of generating a second matrix by calculating the inverse matrix of the first matrix and applying a modulus operation having a modulus of 2 for the inverse matrix; and a step of generating and transmitting a codeword using the second matrix. Also, the decoding method comprises: a step of receiving the transmitted message; a step of comparing the length of the transmitted message with the remaining length of an original message data which is calculated by subtracting the length of a pre-decoded message from the length of the original message data; a step of generating a third n x n matrix by classifying the transmitted message into n blocks when the length of the measured transmitted message and the remaining length are different, and generating the transmitted message as partially decoded message data comprising all the field as '0' when the length of the measured transmitted message and the remaining length are the same; a step of selecting the relatively densest row among the n rows of the generated third matrix; a step of generating partially decoded message data based on the selected row; and a step of decoding using the generated partially decoded data.
