An image processing method for an image processing device is disclosed. The image processing method includes a step of receiving streaming image data; a step of generating the received streaming image data as a plurality of continuous frames by decoding the streaming image data; a step of detecting the frame with changed resolution among the generated frames; and a step of scaling generated each continuous frame by using a scaling factor which is preset. The step of scaling the frame is characterized by changing the scaling factor, which is preset before the detected frame is scaled, into the scaling factor corresponding to the resolution of the detected frame.
